If you’ve been househunting and following the news, you’ve probably heard that prices are up and inventory is down. But that doesn’t mean you can’t find a home in Texas - as long as you know where to look!

In fact, Austin stands out as an exception where inventory levels remain higher than before the pandemic, leading to a significant drop in prices. Only eight out of the top 50 housing markets in the U.S. are currently more than 5% below their peak prices in 2022.
